Consultation Review: No Show at Appointment

Dr Rojas was a no-show at our appointment. Had been waiting for this appointment for over 2 months. His office called 2 days before to reschedule it, giving me only one option, so take it or leave it. I took it, cleared my plans, and he never showed up. His staff are not overly friendly helpful. Depends who you talk to, but generally pretty snarky.
