I am so happy to share this review. Over a year ago, I had the privilege of working with the wonderful Dr. Rojas here in New York City, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My cosmetic plan was quite comprehensive — a spiral thigh lift, 360 lipo with J-Plasma on my stomach and legs, fat transfer to my buttocks, and a lower tummy tuck. I am a 47-year-old woman who is quite fit and active, but as a young adult I carried a lot of extra weight, which left me with some skin laxity even after years of hard work. My goal was never a dramatic transformation — rather, I wanted to address the loose skin, tighten my overall silhouette through skin removal, lipo, and J-Plasma, and create a subtle hourglass shape through fat transfer to my hips and buttocks. Nothing extreme — just a gentle shift in proportions to complement the five days a week I already spend in the gym. Dr. Rojas understood my vision completely and was fully aligned from the very first consultation. I have had many cosmetic procedures over the years, but I have yet to meet a surgeon as warm, kind, and genuinely caring as Dr. Rojas. He gives you his time freely, listens to what you want as an individual, and works thoughtfully to help you achieve that personal vision. He is refreshingly honest about expectations and outcomes — for example, he proactively flagged that my prior CoolSculpting treatments could reduce the viability of the harvested fat, which might lower the survival rate of the transfer. Rather than gloss over this, he came prepared with a contingency plan: if the fat didn’t survive, we would use a long-lasting filler as an alternative. That kind of transparency and foresight speaks volumes. Over the past year, I have seen Dr. Rojas and his team multiple times for follow-up appointments, and the aftercare has been nothing short of exceptional. His nurse Lourdes is incredibly nurturing, and Simona, the Office Director, always goes out of her way to fit me in and check in on my progress. No matter when I reach out, someone is always there. Healing from a surgery of this scale is a slow, gradual process — but they are with you every step of the way. As anticipated, my body did not retain the transferred fat, so we moved forward with the filler option as planned. I also have some minor scarring that continues to fade with time. But overall, I am so glad I took this step. Removing the loose skin and tightening everything has made the work I put in at the gym that much more rewarding and visible. I am truly happy with every decision I made, and I am deeply grateful that I entrusted my health and my body to Dr. Rojas. If body contouring is your goal, he is absolutely your person. Dr Rojas and his team are highly communicative and incredibly talented. They are kind and available. Dr Rojas called Me himself multiple times to check on me, including once while he was on vacation. I am really happy with my tummy tuck!

Dr. Rojas is amazing in so many ways. He truly listens and cares about your goals and concerns and than manages to actually become your friend during your journey. He simply goes above and beyond. Once you met him and are with him he takes his time and does not rush you at all. The results speak louder than any review I can write. I am still amazed when I see my body I NEVER thought I could look and feel the way I do. It's all because of the talent, care and passion he has for his work. My family and friends are also blown away by the transformation. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed and as long as you take his advice and live a healthy lifestyle. One other plus is his staff they are just as good Lourdes his nurse will always by your side even when your home. She will help you anyway she can the energy and love they both have for their patients are rare and just a blessing to find.

I've gotten injectables for over 10 years and Dr. Yoel is by far the best I've ever been to! He keeps it looking natural and doesn't overdo it. I even brought my husband for a touch up for his bday! Highly recommend!

Dr. Rojas has been the best doctor that I have had in my life. I was experiencing depression due to the excess of skin that I had in my stomach after three pregnancies. I found Dr. Yoel Rojas Ortiz on a whim. I was receiving Botox injections, out of a Day Spa in Bayport, NY, by a doctor whom would visit weekly for Botox clients.
