Thigh update

It has been over a month since my surgery and my outer thighs are still a bit hard. My butt looks fantastic! My inner thighs are still sensitive and I am hoping that they get smaller as time goes on and I recover more.

3 Day Post-OP Update

My thigh liposuction was scheduled for 1630 with Dr.Kim who is one of the most experienced liposuction surgeons in South Korea with over 10,000 surgeries! I checked in with the front desk and they had me change into a robe then go to his office so we could have the consultation. He spoke very good English and I felt confident having the English translator with me. Dr.Kim had pictures of me taken at my original consultation up on the screen and I told him exactly where I wanted the fat taken out. I made it very clear I did not want any fat taken out of my buttocks to which he obliged. I explained I wanted fat taken out of my banana rolls (the fat under my butt on my back upper thighs) and he said he could only take a bit out, if he took too much out it'd mess up the structural integrity of my buttocks and cause unsightly sagging which of course is not desirable! He answered all questions I had and was very patient with me. My main question was why I had to wear the compression pants. Dr. Kim was the first person I've met that was able to explain it rather than just saying I had to. The reason is it helps the skin stay firm and not sag/ wrinkle, heal better, and causes less bruising.
Next he put the design lines on me. After that I went to the operating room where the nurse rubbed my legs with cold iodine. The nurse put gloves on me. I then laid face down on the operation table where the nurses put heart monitoring equipment on me. The anesthesiologist came in shortly after. He said I'd feel slight burning in my arm then I'd be asleep in 2 mins. He was right!
I woke up in the recovery room. The nurses and my English translator were there with me already which made me feel nice. I was very woozy and giddy! I saw I already had the compression garment pants on. They asked if I wanted to get up to walk and I did. I held on to a.... rolling IV thingy and took very short steps. My friend came to escort me to our hotel via taxi.
The first night my legs were burning in the middle of the night! But I managed to go back to sleep.
The next morning walking uphill and downhill was painful if my thighs jiggled, otherwise I was walking somewhat normally. MY HIPS ARE GONE! Such a drastic change and I couldn't be happier. Hopefully my inner thighs tighten up and fade just as drastically as I recover. I went back to 365mc to have the nurses look at, sanitize, and clean my stitches. I have 6 stitches: 2 under my buttocks, and 4 on my pubic mound/ lower hips. I'll continue updating, feel free to ask questions or give recovery advice!

Thigh liposuction

I decided to book the liposuction surgery for my thighs. I'm trying my best to have modest expectations for the results of my surgery. I have a terrible amount of cellulite on my thighs. Especially on the back of my thighs. Here is a before picture!
