In the morning I woke up in a great mood, had breakfast and went to the clinic. They were already waiting for me there.
First of all, I changed clothes, I was given a robe and disposable panties for the operation. And the translator and I went to the doctor who operated after me.
The doctor told me the details about Lipo LAMS and the local anesthesia she will be using. I was given post-operative instructions.

These two weeks it didn't hurt when I walk or run (not fast running of course). Because with the LAMS method, the muscles are not touched. I had bruises and pain, But as long as it's not touched, then there is no discomfort.

Every day I tried to walk more and drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
And ate more vegetables and foods with high protein.

I can already see the result. The hips have decreased in volume and become smoother. Yesterday I put on leggings and went outside. It brought me a lot of joy and a sense of self-confidence

Is this exactly my body? In a month, the hips have decreased in volume by 7.5 cm. I can't believe it. I have never had such straight and beautiful legs. And this is not a complete result yet. Over the next couple of months, I can get even thinner. You just need to continue to eat right and connect the gym.
