This past January 14th I got LAMS done on my arms. It has only been about two and a half weeks and I am recovering well! I already lost about 1.3 cm size wise and know as my swelling reduces more that my results will be even better! I am already happier with the shape. The staff at 365mc were so kind and helpful through out the whole procedure! They even spoke English to me 90% of the time! I have one more post procedure treatment left. Even the staff there are so kind and always give me tips on how to improve my healing process. They are like your own personal cheerleaders! I do have some hard spots and hope they go away as I continue to heal. The procedure itself was also not very painful. Overall, so happy with LAMS and 365mc! I definitely recommend them!

I had my second liposuction procedure at 365mc Hospital in Seoul, focusing on my lower belly, back, and love handles. During the consultation, the doctor pointed out that I had a lot of visceral fat, which couldn’t be removed through surgery. He gave me advice on improving my diet and exercise routine to complement the surgery for better results. I really valued his honesty and felt well-informed about what to expect. For this procedure, he removed 2,600 cc of fat, which was the maximum possible for my case.

I am absolutely blown away with this place!!!
I had my first ever LAMS procedure for my arms only about an hour ago and it completely exceeded my expectations. When I went in for my first consultation, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my consultant was extremely thorough in explaining to me the pros and differences of liposuction versus the LAMS treatment. She was also very detailed in letting me know what to expect, and how to take care of everything afterwards for the best result. Today when I went in, I was definitely a little bit nervous. I don’t like the idea of being awake for a procedure like this, but they were so incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the whole process that I really felt at ease. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure that I understood and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. They even went as far as to have someone rub my feet during the fat dissolving injection because it was uncomfortable and they wanted to distract me from the discomfort. To make sure that I was comfortable, they even put on any music that I wanted to listen to throughout the treatment. My doctor was as gentle as possible, and was so considerate and thorough with her treatment. They extracted a total of 19 bottles or 1.5 kg of fat from my arms. The whole thing took around 2 1/2 hours and I was even given post care immediately with LED light therapy. Once I left the hospital. I used my prescriptions and picked up the complementary diet medication as well as my antibiotics. I am so excited to see the final results and can’t wait to share it with you guys!

On August 12th I went to 365mc Hospital in Seoul for arm lipo. They removed 1400 cc of fat from me and even though I had general anesthesia, the surgery was outpatient, it took about three hours and then I was able to go home without any problems.

This lipo isn’t about weight loss but body shaping, so I have been working out and following a better diet to keep loosing weight, i say keep because I decided to start my weight loss on July 27th and until now September 8th I've lost more than 4 kilograms already!

The staff at 365mc is always friendly and they had a interpreter through my whole surgery process.

It's been two months since I had double chin and jawline liposuction at 365mc Hospital in Seoul, and I'm thrilled with the results. The swelling has significantly decreased, and my face is returning to normal, revealing a more defined jawline. I've been diligent with aftercare, visiting the hospital at least once a month for red-light therapy sessions. These treatments have been fantastic for reducing swelling and targeting residual fat cells. The team at 365mc has been incredibly supportive throughout this journey, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

It was my second time with 365MC staff. But the first time in the new LAMS clinic.
At the end of April, I did an LAMS on my arms.

The staff is lovely !
Since it's a local anesthetic, I was a little scared. I was afraid of feeling and pain.
Not only didn't it hurt, but also before the surgery to relax, a nurse asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to. During the anesthesia, a nurse massaged my legs to relax.
And if you don't speak Korean, don't worry, a Translator will stay with you the whole time. Even in the operating room.

For three months, I've had care, to help and for a more effective LAMS effect. The staff here is lovely too. Nurses don't necessarily speak English, but they make an effort to make sure we understand everything. They are patient and gentle during care.

Like I said, this isn't my first time with this Clinic, so I recommend eyes closed !!

Last year for my 30 birthday I choose to have the Lams procedure at 365mc for my belly after a friend recommended me the clinic. I am someone who exercises a lot since I love sport and I honestly live a pretty healthy lifestyle but it was so hard to lose cm in this areas. This year actually z year after lams on my belly I choose to do the same procedure on my tights. Since it's my second biggest insecurity. I honestly super happy. Tights was not painful at all, recovery was quick and result also. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I definitely recommend this clinic and this specific procedure. Especially if you are like me, afraid of general anesthesia.

In early March, I underwent the Lams treatment in South Korea to reduce arm fat. The experience was positive, with the staff being a standout feature. I had arm liposuction and bra line fat liposuction at the branch near Gyodae station. I am so so so satisfied with my results. The doctor herself stated she was able to get a lot of fat out so she was satisfied too, haha. Since then I've been on a diet and got post-treatment with them for up to 6 weeks, and my arms are looking great. I posted a photo below, but I'm most satisfied with having this line now in my arm so my arms almost look muscular when I flex, haha. Never had that before. Known as the best liposuction hospital in Korea and they really passed my standards in a hospital. I did abdomen and thighs liposuction, the process was smooth from the inbody check to the surgery, and I just woke up with quite pain in my body but I still managed to go home by the same day. (I did surgery in two consecutive weeks btw). My doctor even checked up on me while I was resting and he is really really kind and hands on with his patients, as well as the staffs and even if you don't know how to speak Korean or English, a specific interpreter will be provided for you. After a month of my liposuction, I lost almost 10kg of weight and I'm so confident now because I can wear the clothes that I want without feeling insecure, and I'm doing minimal workouts and doing my best to eat less even though I love sweets. I also take diet pills and go to the hospital weekly for my aftercare to reduce swelling since my skin is still swelling which is normal after the liposuction. I am very very satisfied with my liposuction and until now I'm in the process of shaping my body, can't wait to get the body goal I want with the help of 365mc. Truly such a great experience and a highly recommended hospital to everyone coming to Korea or anyone finding a hospital for liposuction (they also do LAMS or more minimal invasive liposuction) i'm so grateful for this hospital and the whole hospital staff.
