Horrible Experience and Treated As a Number

My experience with doctor Medina was HORRIBLE, the day of my evaluation she looked to be tired and didn’t understand what I wanted regarding my surgery. I also waited for 14 hours at the clinic to get ready for my surgery, why she asked me to be at the clinic at 3am if she was going to do my procedure at 5pm?, I she badly BURNED me in my lower back and she thought I was an idiot that didn’t know it was malpractice, I read everything that caused those burns and she told me “no to trust everything I read” seriously? I did not like my results, I spent a lot of money and time in DR waiting for my burns to heal. I don’t recommend her at all, also she is not that sweet person you see on Instagram.
