Good Decision

I found Girin Plastic Surgery through online research on forums like Reddit, PurseForum, and RealSelf. Although Girin was not in my initial shortlist, I decided to contact Girin after reading many positive reviews about Dr. Park Deok Jun’s expertise and also because other clinics were not repsonsive. Girin impressed me from the start by responding to my inquiries quickly, professionally and showed a very welcoming attitude.

I had liposuction done on my abdomen and double chin. While I’m generally on the slimmer side, I had persistent fat in those areas that didn’t respond to regular exercise. After much thought, I decided to move forward with the procedure.

The staff at Girin were warm and welcoming, and the consultation with Dr. Park was thorough and reassuring. His confidence and experience gave me peace of mind, and I went ahead with the surgery the following day.

Recovery from Day 7 to Day 14 went smoothly, I was able to move around without difficulty. By the seventh day, I already noticed a visible improvement in my abdominal area, even with some swelling. The changes to my chin were also noticeable, and I’m excited to see the final results as the swelling continues to subside, which may take up to 6 months.

Throughout the process, Girin remained responsive and supportive via WhatsApp, always ready to answer my questions. I’m happy with my experience so far and truly feel that I made the right decision by choosing Girin Plastic Surgery.

Overall, I barely felt any pain from the day of operation till now (1 month post op)

It has been 2 months since my abdominal + double chin liposuction with muscle tightening surgery and I can see that there are no more dramatic changes. I have stopped wearing the compression garments as advised by the clinic (stop at 2nd month mark). However, it seems that I still have some residual double chin left when im in neutral head position which was kind of disappointing. I was told by the clinic that there could still be swelling and it is best to wait for the results again after 4 months for review. On the bright note, Girin continues to respond to my questions whenever I have them, and I look forward to seeing if the double chin is gone at the 4th month mark!

Photos showed the progress of 2 months post surgery. Honestly the photo before operation was after a huge dinner so it looks very bloated/fat. However I noted that even if a eat a lot now, my stomach doesn't get as bloated as it was before, probably because the fats are much less. Of course, I keep a good diet and not overeat as much as I can.
