Office review: They "Forgot" my Appointment & No Follow-up

I had a consultation scheduled for 6/9/20. I called and was told my virtual consultation would be with Mary Lou at 5pm. I told them how difficult it has been to schedule w/other places and she encouraged me and re-iterated that this would be a very diff experience. It was not.

I received an email & text saying to confirm my appointment (while I was still on the phone scheduling it and I immediately confirmed it on both). It said I would have a consultation with a different woman named Maria. Ok, cool maybe a last minute change. 5pm, no call. 5:10, I gave them a call and no one answered. I continued to text, call email nothing. 5:30 at this point and I say screw it. That was last week, I still have not heard anything from them.... No phone call apologizing, explaining what happened or trying to get me rescheduled. How the heck yal got clients if yal can't even get scheduling AND SHOWING UP right??!

Just go somewhere else. If they are this unorganized before scheduling surgery, why give $10k+ for that. If they don't follow-up on scheduling, then after surgery is followup the same? Nope.
