5 months post liposuction I gained 4kg

an update about my journey with abdomen liposuction, it’s been almost 6 months since I had my surgery, so far I’m fully recovered, I’ve been in the gym 4~5 times per week the last 2 months
But during the new corona update, Korean make new rules
For those who are not vaccinated, and since I’m not vaccinated I couldn’t attend the gym anymore since the middle of October unless I can bring a corona test every 2 days
But that takes me time and energy, especially I’m working and studying online I can’t have time to go to hospital for corona test every 2 days, quite annoying even though it’s free
So during my heavy schedule these days I gained about 4kg
I was 53 now I’m 57 but I don’t see any big differences like before liposuction if I gain 1kg it’s will go to my abdomen
But now since they removed the fat
I may gain in my abdomen but I don’t feel any fat
And that’s what makes me happy tho
Because they really did a good job
And as the doctor said I may gain some fat but I’d never notice like before
, I’m probably going to diet again to lose the 4kg even though I still look skinny since I’m 1.73cm
Anyway guys here are some of my recent pictures

2021 KOREA OPENING DOORS FOR C3-3 medical tourism visa

Hi guys how are you doing??
So here’s the great news for everyone looking for coming to Korea for any medical treatment especially if you are from a country that requires a visa to enter into Korea,
This morning I just made a phone call to the immigration office to inquire if Korea do accept medical tourism visa
It is called a C3-3 visa
It’s a medical and tourism visa at the same time
But it must be required from the clinic or the hospital that you will be doing your procedure in, it is not that hard you only need to make online consultation and pay your medical treatment fees, some hospitals would take care from picking you up from hospital till the hotel
Anyway just the full package that covered everything but some hospitals don’t,
So from also if anyone had the vaccine and brought the medical prove plus the Quarantine exemption from his country translated to English he wouldn’t do quarantine and that’s really great
Since many hospitals providing huge discounts recently ….
I hope this post was helpful for you guys
If you need any type of immigration I’m here since I live here in Seoul/Korea
I’ll be happy to help anyone
Btw Down below my recent abdomen looks

Does the fat back after abdominal liposuction???

HI, GUYS SO HERE IS THE QUESTION DOES THE FAT CAN BACK AFTER THE LIPOSUCTION IN THE ABDOMINAL OR IN ANY OTHER PARTS OF THE BODY SO I DID ASK MY SURGEON AND THE NURSES IN THE HOSPITAL ALSO DID A SMALL RESEARCH ON MR. GOOGLE
I found out what I can do to protect myself from having bag may baby belly and hear what I found and I hope it would be helpful for you guysUnfortunately, it is possible for fat to return after liposuction... if you allow it to come back. In general, the more weight gained by a patient after liposuction, the less dramatic their results will be.

Fat will not return (and ideal results will remain intact) if the patient maintains their "post-lipo weight." For example, if a patient weighed 130 pounds prior liposuction and had a total of 6 pounds removed through the procedure, fat will stay away if the patient maintains their weight at or below 124 pounds.
AND HERE SOME TIPS MY nurse AND doctor thought ME TO DO
Maintenance tips: How to keep your liposuction results
The most effective way to sustain the results of any liposuction procedure over the long term is to maintain your ideal weight. Here are 6 healthy lifestyle changes to adopt following your procedure:

Follow all post-procedure instructions provided by your surgeon.
Reduce caloric intake while eating a healthy diet focused on protein and healthy carbohydrates.
Stay properly hydrated by drinking lots of water.
Try eating several smaller meals throughout the day.
Never skip meals.
Exercise regularly.
i hope this post was helpful for you
