Liposuction and fat transfer to breasts

I chose Dr. Six based on his Lipo skills since he performs so much of it as part of BBLs and mommy makeovers.
I am already slim but carried some extra fat on my hips and saddlebag area that I found unsightly. Exercise would reduce it but only lipo would permanently change my body shape by eliminating the fat in those areas, and that's what I wanted.
Just enough fat would be removed to support a fat transfer, so I had it put into my breasts on top to give them a bit of extra oomph.
If you follow Dr Six on Instagram, you may be expecting a different surgeon than you will meet in real life. He is a calm, quiet, serious person in my experience. While I was surprised by this, I was not disappointed. I don't need a surgeon to be bouncy and silly, I need him to be skilled. And he was!
I don't have amazing things to say about his staff. The post-op woman was borderline rude and tried to pull me off the recovery bed even though I told her I was about to throw up from the anesthesia. She was trying to rush me out, probably because I was taking too long to wake up. Otherwise, I barely met his anesthesiologist or head OR nurse. I saw them as I entered the OR and got strapped into the chair but you're put under within minutes so there were no introductions.
I got regular lipo to both hips and Vaser lipo to outer thighs. Although the bruising was impressive, the recovery was extremely easy. Sure you're sore but not overly so. And he prescribed narcotics but I only ever took one T3 the night of my surgery and nothing but regular Advil after that.
I didn't massage that much, but I also didn't have much fat removed so maybe that's why massage wasn't necessary to guarantee results. I got this for "contouring" purposes only.
Yes he is expensive but in my case, if you don't have much fat to remove, the chances of getting botched (indents, over-lipo) are greater so I wanted a real pro. I am very satisfied with my results. My hips are nearly symmetrical (he warns you perfect symmetry is not realistic).
My fat transfer to breasts was always going to produce minor results. He said max 1/4 cup size. I can barely tell a difference but it's there. Worth the extra $4500 for fat transfer? Probably not in hindsight, but the excellent lipo results overshadow the underwhelming results on top (which were not due to surgeon error).

Hello! Do you have any before and after pics?
Only of the lipo, not of fat transfer to breasts.
I don't see them on your post! Can you post them or send them to me? :)
Do you have a year update?
Sure, can't reallllly tell that fat was transferred to breasts. Since not all of it survives, you'd probably want to be injecting a lot more than I did to try and get a noticeable result. The Lipo results are exactly what I'd hoped for, and they were visible a long time ago. Swelling did not last long but again, I didn't have massive lipo which may have shortened recovery. It doesn't turn you into a supermodel or anything so any little bits of cellulite I have on the outer/upper parts of my thighs are still there (though I did have a larger dimple and Dr Six broke up the connective tissue there when he was lipo'ing so it's gone!). But my body shape is different now cause I hold fat different. No more muffin top. It's completely gone and I love that cause it bothered me for years.
