Evolution MD. Dr. Cesar Velilla

I am four days post360 liposuction and BBL. I have waited many years to do this and now that I’m 41 I decided it was time. I am very pleased with the surgery process at evolution MD with Dr. Cesar Velilla. I want to let everyone know that this is a long process with the recovery and you have to make sure you wear your faja and get the lymphatic massages. My cousin had the same surgery with Dr. Velilla three years ago and did not have any complications, which is why I decided to go with Dr. Velilla. However, she did her surgery under local anesthesia. I do not recommend that because from reading all these other reviews here I see that it has not been a good experience during the surgery. I paid the extra fee for general anesthesia, and I’m glad that I did. After surgery you will be very sore and there will be a lot of drainage, so make sure you follow the post operative instructions and follow through with all the recommendations made by the doctors office.
