Office review: Dr William 305

They didn’t even know I had canceled they called me at 12:00 say when was my preop appointment
And did I have my bbl already
They don’t even communicate within there own office
I don’t understand how you can operate a business like that
After they get your deposit you are a lost case if you don’t stay on top of them and even then your chances are slim

This place is horrible when it comes to communication
When I first called I got responses .
After I put my deposit down I could not get in touch with anyone they never picked up the phone they never texted back with the type of business this is why do they have a google voice number ? I just don’t understand this I had to email them just to get a response 2 weeks away from when I was supposed to have my surgery done.
Finally someone text me back at this point I didn’t have trust in them any more
I mean if I was to have surgery
My after treatment would be what exactly
They don’t tell you everything upfront!!! About there requirements
It’s very dishonest at the least to say
Then they won’t give you your deposit back
If they are the ones at fault yes I do think they should give it back
