So I just paid my deposit to secure my Lipo with Fat transfer. After so many years of consultations, researching doctors and debating when I will finally get it done, my time has come. I chose Dr. Lipo( Dr Cesar Velilla) in Miramar, FL. I read so many great reviews and closely study his before and after pictures as well as videos and the outcomes sold me. After 2 kids, the pregnancies took a toll on my body. I am super excited to get back to looking fabulous!!

Good luck to you.. will you be going under or will it be tumescent sedation (local anesthesia)? If its local try to get a good look at your surgeon i read that there is possibility that velilla might not be the one actually performing surgeries check out delight28 review.

I am doing it under General. If I would have went for local then I would have to do it in 2 parts, sounds painful lol. I was told at his office he does not do any other surgeries but lipo and bbl. I'll make sure I have someone there just in case and be part of one of those live or Snapchat surgeries. It's scary to sign up with someone for a total different person to perform the job. I'll keep you posted

Are you doing something specific that you would like to get done in one shot? There is a doctor in Colombia that does his consultations and preop here in Miami and then only flies to Colombia for the surgery. Dr. Nelson de Barranquilla. I know a few ladies that went to Colombia with him out of Miami.

I am 5'6". I was 270 when I consulted back in July. I am now 242. I am trying to get down to 230 by surgery. The more I lose the better it is for me. 27lbs down thus far :)
