I am submitting this review because I want the CSA team to know how pleased, grateful, and satisfied I am with the entire experience. My initial consultation with Joanne went very smoothly. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about the procedure and the results I could expect afterward. Her reassuring demeanor guided my decision to schedule my appointment and pay for my procedure on the same day as the consultation.
The amazing Dr. Richards performed an outer thigh fat liposuction procedure, and I'm overjoyed with the results. Getting rid of the stubborn outer thigh fat I'd always had was the best decision I've ever made. This procedure boosted my confidence in my appearance.
On the day of the procedure, Dr. Richards spent some time with me to answer any additional questions I had, and he also ensured that I was emotionally prepared and comfortable for the procedure. He also asked me to say ''goodbye'' to the fat on my outer thigh. It was hilarious and reassuring, at the same time, that the results would be great.
Dr. Richards and his team welcomed me throughout the entire process, from the procedure day to the ongoing follow-ups. Shaila has provided excellent post-procedure support. Her consistent communication with me via phone and email to check on me made the healing process much easier.
Thank you to Dr. Richard's team, Meghan, Robyn, Becky, and Joy, for being so welcoming and going above and beyond to ensure my experience was successful.
