Not the Best Experience
First off I’d like to say I kept sending people to Dr. Feelgoods way because his insta results looked amazing. Not sure if the girls ended up going to him. I really loved his work from what I saw. The first sour taste in my mouth was when I was quoted 9k for lipo and 12k for BBL w/lipo. I ended up doing lipo360 only and I had already paid the 12k. After surgery I asked if I would get my 3k difference since no one mentioned anything and I was told I could only receive 1k back since I was higher weight than when I first consulted. They updated their policies early 2021 about weight gain and it being more money though where they messed up is I never got one since my contract was in Summer of 2020. I never signed it and I have a digital and printed copy of my contract and that paper was never in there. So how can I be held for something that wasn’t in my contract and they failed to provide it to me when I came in? I would understood completely if I agreed to it but they blindsided me with this paper after my surgery. Why didn’t they tell me the day of surgery? Then the 2nd sting was the day after my surgery Dr. Lowney left for Martha’s Vineyard or Cape Cod something in that means. I get it doctors have lives too. Though I did get a call at night which I ultimately appreciated. I didn’t see him the next day only on FaceTime and the nurse assisted me. I sucks when you’re an out of town patient and don’t get the experience of seeing the doctor so often before you leave since they’re on vacation. I mentioned about the issue with keeping the extra 3k but they only offered me 1k back in return. He said the office manager Sonia didn’t mention it to him. So then he offered another 1k or the breast augmentation surgery that I wanted next and he’d apply that credit to that surgery. I agreed mind you my surgery was September 2021. I was told there is a wait list since they aren’t booking 2022 yet and to wait to get a call. It’s April no call. Better yet no call from the surgeon or the coordinator at my 1, 3, 6 month mark at ALL. Since I left that week of surgery nothing not even when I flew back home NOTHING. I spent almost 20k for everything trip, surgery, supplies, etc. Which is the risk I take but I would think paying that much for lipo and to be treated like nothing. I choose him due to his private practice over Miami where they’re serving bodies left and right but not giving them that bedside personal manner from a doctor. I wanted a private experience and instead I got the opposite.
I remember him saying at my last appointment to give my results about 6 months to finally settle and if I see imperfections he could correct them obviously at a price. I don’t expect free so I followed that advice. Now April almost 7 months and I still see the same imperfections my drainage massage therapist had pointed out. When I got home at my 2 weeks post op she said my right side is flat flat even my arm lipo you could tell the right side is super thin but my left side looked the exact same from my before. My left side was left with a lot of fat compared to my right side I wasn’t even at all. I was embarrassed but she said hopefully she could even it out and possibly it was just water retention on that side. We were thinking positive but nope 8 weeks later and still looked very uneven in fact I have like 2 chunks of fat that was left behind like on the right side it looks like a dog bit a piece of fat and left some over I look like I have camel bumps on my right side. It’s really weird and I never had that. I got really depressed from the money I spent and the lack of bedside manner the whole experience was depressing. I kept my faja on for 4 months. Kept up with massages. Worked out after the 8 week mark and still see very uneven sides. I wanted to love my results since I thought I had the best surgeon but no. Not everyone gets the same experience and results from the IG page I guess. I know he was in a rush that day of my surgery too because his first type of transportation canceled on him so he had to get another that was on crunch time. I’m sad with my results. It’s heartbreaking knowing I spent so much money to have a bad experience and continue to see him post great results and knowing it wasn’t me.
I’m upset at the breech of contract that happened as well that was unprofessional. I lost 2k since the office manager refused to give me the difference of what I was quoted for 9k and she kept 11k. Like I said I would’ve understood if I had signed a paper that stated that but I didn’t. Therefore it is breech of contract and I never saw the 1k or the breast augmentation that was supposed to be done for me this year. Lucy was amazing every step of the way though absolutely a doll.
