One month post op and I’ve finally found my comfy space with wearing the garment, foams and boards my torso is short so the m&d board doesn’t work for me. I is the pear shaped one. I still swell up when out my garment but not as bad. At this stage my flank areas and back is where I have the most pain. I’ve don’t my 10 lymphatic drainage messages we are now doing radio frequency therapy. Although I get my massages done once to twice a week I also message myself with arnica oil every night with a hand held massager by wahl you can find it at target or Walmart for 30 bucks. I’m drinking 2 cups of arnica tea a day. It’s still uncomfortable to sleep on my back I haven’t been cleared to sleep in my side because of my boobs. I’ll be glad when all I have to wear is the garment and not the foams or boards wishing for that day to come.

So a few things had happened since the last time I was here. I was originally going to see dr Dowbak in Miami for lipo 360 free my friend went and told me her experience I got really nervous and went to do a consultation here with dr Alan Larson in Atl. I know Atlanta isn’t known for lipo but if I was changing doctors I was going to add boobs did my consultation and was impressed he is really know for his natural looking boob jobs my pre op visit is today surgery has been Booked and payed for I’m scheduled for Brest aug and 360 lipo September 26 which is 14 days away
