Hi everyone! I decided to write a review because I had breast augmentation in 2012 and WISHED I had a site like this then. I’m currently scheduled for liposuction 4/25/19. I’m having my inherited saddle bags removed and while I’m under I decided to have other curves contoured as well!! Why not?! So I’m having my abdomen, love handles, and inner thighs done as well. Dr. David Deisher did my breast augmentation in 2012 and I fully trust him to do an amazing job again. His staff is wonderfully professional. Anna Phelps is so wonderful about making you feel completely comfortable and helpful with the decision making process. Looking forward to a new sculpted body for summer! I didn’t do the cool sculpting because I didn’t see enough positive results from others on here. I am 5’7” and weigh 168 lbs. I am a nurse practitioner and work pretty actively so I’m hoping the long weekend is enough recovery time. The surgery is scheduled for a Thursday and I plan to be at work Monday.

Surgery Day/Post Op Day 1

I had surgery on the 25th and everyone couldn’t have been nicer. I had mine as late in the day as possible because I had Rounds to make before hand. So I was starving. Anyhoooo, surgery went well. I do have some pain but it’s tolerable. There was more of a burning pain right after I got home Yesterday and last night and Ice packs helped that more than anything. I was given prescription pain medication to take but I’m looking forward to just taking Ibuprofen because for me that works better than anything but I’m not able to for some time they said. My right lower back was cramping up, I had some muscle relaxers at home already and those helped as well! Ice packs were SOOOO helpful as well!! So use them. I’m able to walk around but tire out easily. My right saddle bag/thigh looks a lot smaller than my left and I’m hoping this balances out later. I’ve had VERY LITTLE drainage thus far. I was expecting to leak and drain everywhere but so far two small spots on my compression garment. ???????????? I can’t wait to shower tomorrow to see what it looks like under this garment! I have my follow up appointment Wednesday.

Post-Op day 2

I finally got to shower this morning. I have not had any of the excessive drainage that the physician warned me about. I did get light headed when trying to remove the bandaids and getting ready to shower. I had to take something to help me go to the bathroom because I’ve not gone in 3 days. Make sure you’re drinking LOTS of water and taking the stool softeners like they tell it to. I can’t wait to take ibuprofen because that works so much better for me! I have very little bruising, less than what I expected.

I didn’t bruise or have hardly any drainage either. I wonder why most have so much.

I think it determines how much fluid they use during the procedure and whether or not some of these didn’t stop taking any NSAIDS (ibuprofen ect) prior to their procedure.
