Look worse than before - major indentations in my outer thighs

I have spent over $8000 on Lipo at sono Bello only to look worse than I did before I have a major indentions in my outer thighs. one side is so severe you could put a softball in it my under arms Are discolored I have giant knots and lumps all over them along with lumps on my inner thighs . Dr Dawson was my surgeon ,
