My local facility has a great staff. Absolutely enjoyed everyone I worked with. From first intro to surgery day was ~3 weeks. Of which one week was me deciding if I wanted to move forward. Once I signed the forms we were flying. Pre-op was a week later, then surgery one week after.
My biggest complaint about the Sono Bello set-up. Is that for a total first timer, it can feel like you are a bit of a cog in the operation. They do give you a good amount of reading material to look at from home, and send what to expect videos. Thankfully my care consultant was quite patient with my quite often unscheduled follow ups and calls.
2 weeks out from procedure, I'm feeling pretty great. I look better than I ever have, and can't wait to stop wearing the binder to get some of that confidence out in public. It definitely wasn't cheap and maybe having a personal trainer for 3 months would have produced the similar results. However I have no regrets.

3 Weeks in - 3 Weeks left to get an idea of where this plane is going to land. Swelling has started to reduce pretty dramatically. Firmness and Tightness under the skin becoming much more apparent. I believe I still have a fair bit of swelling to go down, however, over the last week I lost ~5 lbs of which I assume was mostly the retained swell weight. Still cautiously optimistic I will still feel like it was worth it around week 6 when I get a better idea of final outcome.
