Very Bizarre Experience

This review is only for a consultation. I made the consult with Dr. Shafer for Facial Fat Transfer & Lipo. I thought it was strange that there are no photos in his gallery on the website. However, when I called they said many patients don't want their photos posted, but that they will show me in the office...fair enough. The offices are beautiful and the Dr. was nice enough and I asked if I can see photos. They said sure-sure. But then they said...you know what? We'll email them to you. (What? But I'm here now.) Nevertheless they promised to send me images of his work. Days went by...nothing. I called and explained..."I went for consult and am now waiting for photos." They said, well the lady that worked here left now we have none. (What??) They said they will "find" some and send them...of course they never did. How can a Dr. with so much experience have nothing to show? How is a patient supposed get an idea of his work without seeing anything? Simply a waste of my time.

Fair enough. We are sorry for your experience. We did have some unexpected staffing changes with our surgical coordinators over the last few weeks. This combined with a new software system has unfortunately led to what you described. We are working to remedy both. I checked with our office and unfortunately we don’t have your email on file.
