Office review: Beware. Very rude and unprofessional

I am scheduled for surgery at new life plastic surgery for may 2021 and have paid a $500 deposit in January 2021. They did not call informing me when my doctor I was scheduled with quit , I had to find out on my own a months later and they refuse rebooking me immediately with a new doctor even thought they force you to choose one still there or forfeit your $500, which was never in contract , forcing me to pick a new doctor I don’t even want or trust . They will not refund my money nor book me after multiple attempts . They just hang up the phone on you after hold for 30 minutes each time . I’ve reached out via phone, email, and Instagram page and lgot ignored after I can see they read the messages. This place is very unprofessional and once they have your money they’ll lie and say a Coordinater will contact you today or tomorrow every single time I call, but they never do . This place is a joke and very rude and unprofessional. If I could rate 0 stars I would . BEWARE OF THIS PLACE . The coordinator never calls you or resounds back to your text . The only way the ig page responded back is after I threatened to report to BBB after being ignored by them for over a month . They only respond if They think you are a new client about to give them a money/deposit .
