Uses Bait and Switch Techniques - Don't Believe the Hype

Don’t believe the hype. I had it down to two surgeons and the ONLY reason I went with him was that he indicated that the procedure would be under twilight. The other surgeon pretty much was going to do the same thing but said that he would put me under. As I did not want that I went with Mullholland. Terrible decision that I regret to this day as I am just now, years later, interviewing plastic surgeons to fix the mess he left. He did not fix the divet that a previous surgeon left, made one butt cheek longer, put way too much fat in the right knee making my thigh look bigger than the other, and too much fat in the left upper thigh. After the initial surgery, I had to do a revision with Mullholland and he still could not get that right and then wanted another revision. I did not pursue that as I had had enough. He was making things up at the post op visit of what he could do. Oh, and remember about the twilight sedation that I mentioned above? Well, on the operating table they had an anesthesiologist who put me under! Said 4 hours was too long to be sedated! What was I supposed to do, argue on the operating table? Talk about bait and switch. I also had emails CONFIRMING that it would be twilight sedation. His medical assistant, Laurie, I think she still works there, had no excuse to offer. She appeared shocked at the post op. If she still works there, how can she still? This guy is over rated plugging all of the new devices that the companies pay him to do. Have a look at the walking advert lady who has a tv talk show. That enough should tell you to RUN. Comes across as arrogant. Years later, I am just now looking at trying to get myself fixed up. I just came off of interviewing three surgeons and when I mention Mullholland, their faces say it all. They get people going there for his revision work. Oh, and that other surgeon? The one that was going to do the same procedure only under general. That was the one that I should have gone to? Well, he is now working out of SpaMedica, so there ya go! He's off of my list as well. Anyone who deals with him is a no-no for me.
