Bad experience - not happy with the fat he left above my belly button

I do not usually put bad reviews or any reviews, but I feel obligated to do it now. I was never able to see him, before deposit and scheduling my Lipo 360 with inner thighs, etching with J-plasma. A red flag that I ignored. I was able to see him for the first time on my pre-op. I was charged for blood transfusion which I don't even think I needed. I paid $10k+ which is more than many surgeons charged for my procedure thinking that I was paying for the best doctor with more years of experience. I waited many years to do this procedure since I was a little afraid of the pain, expense. I was not obese, I am 5.3' and my weight is usually between 148-151 pounds. I had 2 pregnancies but not loose skin, hanging belly or stretch marks and I wanted to avoid a TT. He said I was a candidate for both a lipo or tummy. .My surgery was Nov 2021. I was only able to see him again 3 months after. I told him I was not happy with the fat he left above my belly button and back and I still show a belly. When I asked him if he could correct it, he said that I needed a second lipo for $6500.00 because he extract the max of 4 liters. It is very hard to believe that an experienced surgeon leaves 2 chunks of fat where you can see it the most when using bathing suits. In addition, I don't think that he did the etching or j-plasma since I never saw any results in my belly area. I did see a difference in my inner thighs with the j-plasma. He did not care at all about my unhappiness. Now, I am left with the decision to go under again, pay again, or stay the way he left me very unhappy. Please be sure to choose wisely!!! this is a very painful procedure to go through it again.
