Truly Awful
This doctor destroyed my thighs with Baser Lipo and Renuvio. I didn’t go abroad for my BBL in fear of having a botched procedure so I spent almost £20,000 in the UK to end up with irreversible damage! A General Medical Council registered surgeon, with everyone hailing his name! I’m beyond disappointed and can not believe doctors are allowed to do this to real, living people and walk away from it! Electricians and tradesmen seem to have more consequence for cowboy work than people operating on humans! There’s a lot more to my surgery story but long story short I was botched and abandoned by my surgeon.

That's so awful! I'm so sorry. It looks like you may need to have a thigh lift to smooth out some of those irregularities. I know it's so frustrating to expect the surgery to fix things and it only makes it worse!
Yes it is awful. In genuinely very deeply affected and trying to just ge tin with it but it’s hard. Thank you for the support!
Unlucky. I'm so sorry, you must be devastated. You did your diligence and paid a lot of money and endured a painful inconvenient procedure. All doctors/clinics have some poor outcomes I'm sure, but the test of a good doctor/clinic is what they do to redress these. To be fair to Fasano, there is a chance he is not aware of the complaint if the clinic/s didn't alert him? Maybe he would be horrified that he has not been contacted and not had chance to sort it out? There must be things that an be done to smooth things out - thigh lift and/or fat injections/fillers maybe? Let us know!
Thank you for the kind words! Still fully reaseaechung what can be done but I’m being turned away everywhere as doctors either don’t know what to do or don’t want to get involved. I’m still working on fixing this though but I’m desperate to get on with my life. If I do get some promising results (or not) either way I’ll let you know!
Please will you contact Kat and Co in Birmingham - he is working there and they will be horrified about this review and what has happened to you. I am supposed to be doing vaser lipo and renuvion on me in November. I am worried now!

I absolutely did complain and have several emails of complaint. I spoke to Dr Fasano directly and I have his own personal reply in writing, I might add, that he is not allowed to speak to me! My review here is verified! I have provided receipt proof so there is no question I am a genuine client. I am in bits and have been for almost a year. Every doctor I’ve spoke to either wants nothing to do with this botched job or tells me to go back to my surgeon! I’m beyond upset. Thank you for the kind comments from some of you. It’s much appreciated.
Have Manchester private hospital done anything for you in regards to this? I similarly have had issues with Dr Fasano with liposuction. I have been ignored by the Manchester private hospital! I’m almost certain it’s the hospital and not dr Fasano that is responsible for the lack of communication. They have been trying to get me to agree to a revision with another surgeon but I no longer trust them. I messaged dr Fasano and he replied immediately and is helping me so far. I will keep you updated. I’ve requested a refund from Manchester private hospital.
Interesting. I have almost identical issues with the hospital. They are COMPLETLEY ignoring me! The problem I have with Dr Fasano is that when I approached him directly on Instagram (this is how we had been communicating since before the surgery) he told me he could no longer respond to me. That MPH had told him that I was no longer his patient. Please would you mind privately responding g to me. I would like to talk to you if you don’t mind. Thank you
Hi I would love to talk to you , I had/have almost the same complication from vaser Lipo reunion. I had my surgery in Chicago on March 18th I have been to the Doctor twice once just for drain removal another time and it was just starting to show and he was just like massage it. I'm going ths week again . I have already consulted with another surgeon o have a virtual consultation. I feel like I'm left with shark bite deformities . I paid about 14000.
