Revision/Exchange After 7 Years - Age 56 - Silicone over Muscle (371 - 605) - Chicago/Arlington Heights, IL
Another Post-op appointment
I don’t like to have to wear a bra to have them look good in dresses or tops that show cleavage. I had gone through a problem with my hormones hitting rock bottom, have gotten them under control, and now love to dress sexy when at home with my husband, or when we go out on trips or when we come to the city and go out. I like to feel hot and do not want to have to wear a bra at all and I am missing that rounded part to achieve that look in ALL outfits and swimsuits. I am not talking the round circle fake look, just full.
I do have a more natural look, and now that the issues I had with my body rejecting some sutures in the left one, the scars are healing better.
I did go to have a talk with Dr. Al after his assistant showed him my recent before/after split pic. He wished I was not disappointed, but didn’t have much to say, rushing through my appointment like always, but at the last second, pretty much on the way out the door-mentioned the fact that you can take ft from your hip and inject in the upper area to fill them out. WHAT??? Awesome, an option actually!!!
I pursued it more with the girls out front, cuz when I asked the details, he gave a few but not cost or a timeline of when that could be possible, since he “flits” in and out of my Room, never knowing it I am done and can get dressed again or whatever!
The assistant (Laura, whom I LOVE), found out from him it would be $1200 - will charge costs only and will check me again after it has been 6 months and can discuss it then. Well, a tiny ray of hope!! I was not offered another exchange to redeem the look I was hoping for (My husband does not want me to go through the risks again), but at least something! I was even thinking some Juvaderm in my frown line and around lips would have maybe come up, didn’t have to go with that if I am able to go forward with the fat transfer-that gets me excited! We’ll see.....

Thanks for writing!
Nice guy, but not happy with his choices in size and shape
I am 57 and decided if I was ever going to exchange for a larger more rounded look, I had better do it now. I am almost 5 months post-op and so sad and disappointed that I barely see a change. I went from 371-605 ccs. and that sounds like a lot, but there is really not much difference at all and not with the $6000 I put out for them.
My scars ended up being nicer this time, but that’s as far as it goes. I had a good experience for the surgery, but he did not fulfill my wishes at all. He is way too quick in his conversations with oh all if the time and did not get on the same page even after my extensive research photos I shared. I even found wish pics thy were unclothed to be precise and very realistic for him to understand what my goal was. I am sad and not happy, cuz that is probably it for me. :(

So disappointed
I have an appointment in a month and have expressed already that I questioned why a bigger implant was not used, but was told it went into my armpit too much to look good when he tried it when I was under. Wish I could’ve made that decision!

Just read a horrible review of one of Dr. Al's patients that would have steered me away, but it just came out :( I am so mad at times and wish Dr. Ross from that office had not retired - the most caring, friendly, skillful, open minded doctor whom did my first very necessary augmentation after a 50 lb. weight loss. this one was my last chance at a larger, more full, more perfect chest.
Will take a year and a half post-op pic soon.
