Revision/Exchange After 7 Years - Age 56 - Silicone over Muscle (371 - 605) - Chicago/Arlington Heights, IL

My story started back 7 years ago when I made my goal of losing 50 by 50 (lbs/age).
I had OK boobs before after nursing 2 kids for 9 & 4 mo. in my 30s, but when I lost the much needed weight, I was left with little bags of probs like a 90 year old...I don't have a bare pic of that disgusting site, but have some afters of the surgery in 2000 with 371 cc over muscle with lollipop lifts. that I will show in this post along with what they look like now after some weight gain back (cuz I could not maintain that really low weight for me that I got down to). I am a yo-yo dieter and maybe that is why they are droopy now, but whatever the reason---I plan to get them exchanged while I still can :)
I DO realize that they are also just fine, feel and look VERY natural without push-up bra and some would be very satisfied with what I have, but I have established boob greed and would love to have the look that bras give - even without them.
We were VERY conservative the first time around (my Dr. who has now retired) & I planned to just refill my normal bras to get back to what I was used to....besides the fact that I live in a very conservative midwest town, that I have to keep a low profile in. Only a handful of my friend and family are even aware that I had the first surgery!

I have been scouring this site - mainly stealing photos from others' posts to take to my next pre-op appointment. I feel the Dr. would appreciate seeing the bare boobs as that is his most normal view, but then those in clothes to fully understand what the big picture is that I am aiming for.

Not sure if I am being realistic with most (probs too big for what can be done), but these are a start. Dr. Al anticipated exchanging my 371s for 100-150 ccs more - to add a rounded, fuller, higher look that I mentioned. I DO realize that so much is dependent on build,weight, muscle strength/flexion, size of pocket, brand, profile, over/under, how far out they are-whether they have fully dropped or "fluffed" yet, etc. etc. - especially when looking at wish pictures-not knowing if the looks are even possible for me. BUT, do want to put an image in my Dr.'s mind to think about. My husband is so afraid that I will be changing these and they won't be for the better. i am willing to take the chance.

I am feeling so much less conservative and "fun" after menopause and being on hormone pellets for a 1 ½ years. We love to travel and dress sexier and pretend we are much younger at times. I look SO forward to those trips when we can kind of cut loose and have fun - not being judged like we would at home.

I was told before that the bra is what makes the boobs look best, but I am bound and determined to hope for them to look great WITHOUT a bra. I don't want to have to always wear Halter swimsuits or bras that create more cleavage or a little padded push up one to create the fullness at the top in some tops. I do not like the "fake" look, but a naturally full one would be great! I LOVE to not wear one at all if "nipple show" is not an issue. I love to show a little cleavage to feel sexier and fit in at the "cool places." I do want to still be able to dress down and not make it too obvious that I am enhanced, but I still believe I can find the clothes (or have them already).
AND, if I only switch out for 150 cos more, it will probably only change the cup size at the most, or fill my 40 D's out more.

I have a few more, but these are the first batch at least.....All of these gals I posted are SOOO skinny too, I know I don't have the rest of the bodies they do, but off to work out now to try :)

I have sent my latest Mammogram report, have an EKG and CBC scheduled for 3-21 with my hometown MD who will send the records there (500 miles away).
I have gathered a couple of zippered light, soft jackets, non-wired bra, front opening sports bras, gauze, scar guard, lounge shorts and pants, slip on shoes, batteries for the TV remote, little projects: beading, a book, magazines, laptop - to erase thousands of emails that are mostly ads I have just skimmed past for a long time, a water bottle with a straw & lots of pillows.

I know that without the lift this time, the surgery will take much less time (45 min.) and the recovery will be easier, but I still plan to lay low in our Chicago condo for several days before we go back home. Unlike 7 years ago, we need to drive to a suburb to where the only surgical suites are located now, so I will put a little cooler in the car for water and a couple of pillows to help absorb the bumps.

I also am happy to not to have to lose the feeling in my nipples this time, like I did before, with the lollipop incision needed - for a very long time, the exchange should not affect that. The feeling is all back now - maybe it just took time or maybe going through a yucky menopause, just a little while after, prevented the stimulation. My nipples are happy now at 100% - after going to a clinic called NuFemme, for pellets every 3 months. (All hormones had dropped to almost nothing in me).

I look forward to the pre-op appointment in the city, with my favorite assistant Laura, and will update again with the details we figure out. In the meantime - I get to go on spring break in Florida with my teacher daughter and rest up, dreaming of the boobs on the babes I may see there on the beach! I will try not to stalk & take wish pics-after all, my daughter does not know her mother's upcoming plans yet - to get more enhanced soon....plan to tell her after. There are still only a handful of friends that even know I had a BA before! I don't plan to flaunt even after this one and dress conservatively in our main hometown. I do this for my confidence and pleasure of my husband in private and on trips when incognito. He doesn't feel that way and thinks I am good already, but once I got the thought in my mind to update his woman & "his playground" he is onboard and supportive...just worried for me to go under and hopes it is worth it & I achieve the look I am going for. I am hopeful too, but will put my trust in Dr. All and his staff completely.
