Liposuction of stomach/pubic area and chin

So I’ve continued o lean out. With the exception of a couple starch irregularities I’m really loving my results. Hoping I lean out more as the months pass

So I hit the one month mark today. I’m back to my usual workouts that are virtually pain free at the month. I’ll admit this past week I ate I ate pretty lousy, but I did have a hectic week in my defense. I’m back on track and using my heating pads to try and rid myself of the hard lumps along my abdomen. Other than that, I’m continuing with lymphatic drainage massage to reduce some of the swelling quicker.
