360 Lipo with Arm Lipo

Just a quick update my fellow King & Queens. My new surgery date is 9/5. I just completed my bloodwork etc needed two weeks prior. Just waiting for confirmation on if it was received. Now have to book flight and hotel. Wish me luck !!

Just a brief update. I received a massemail fromJolie Plastic Surgery two weeks stating that Dr. Kagan would not be in the office the day of my surgery ! I either had to reschedule for 8/22, 9/5, or a date in November. I felt it was very unprofessional and short noticed for me. Why schedule a date for a patient if you're not sure the doctor will be available ? I feel 1) they overbooked him and had to fix the error quickly or 2) He abruptly schedule time off knowing he had surgeries scheduled. Either reason it's quite unprofessional. The coordinator Anyelin was so dismissive at first apologies but i had to put her in place after she huff and puffed. I stated excuse I'm so sorry I inconvenienced you, that I disregarded your time, money, and planning months in advance because of unprofessionalism. I also stated she needed to learn how to be empathic and should be offering assistance to patients to retain their business since it's their fault.

Anywhom I suppose I'll reschedule for 9/5. I'll have to speak to my superiors and change my dates but it's also next to Labor Day holiday.

Positive note, still working on my weight as well. I will start posting updates on my weight journey soon. Until next time !
