Pre op - Can't wait to update you all!​

It’s been a year since my large volume liposuction with Dr. Z and my results are beyond words. So, just some background, I was someone who worked out 5 days a week doing high intensity workouts and Pilates which are both very difficult but was not getting any slimmer, just buffer! I was living in frustration for practically 10 years, hating my body everyday and feeling hopeless at no matter what I did. I knew I was healthy and muscular but my fat was so stubborn. I guess it’s harder to lose fat with insulin resistance. I finally decided to go for surgery and I have 0 regrets. He took from my stomach, waist, hips and sides, upper back, inner and outer thighs, basically everywhere! Idk how many cc’s but he said he took 20 lbs of fat. I went from obsessing over my body everyday, self loathing and frustration to the point of tears and now I hardly think about my body at all except for when I’m admiring it occasionally in the mirror haha! The recovery was pretty smooth though due to the high volume removed I had slightly low hemoglobin so needed extra time off but be and his staff were very clear about that beforehand and very helpful afterwards on how to handle that. It picked up after about two weeks and I felt way better. I am forever grateful to Dr. Z and will go back to him again and again. A few weeks after my surgery my sister got a breast reduction and is just as pleased. He’s our doctor. <3

My experience was phenomenal. After so many consults, I accepted that cosmetic surgeons were just awkward and I was not going to find someone who was going to make me feel comfortable, the way I wanted to feel. Dr. Z disproved all of it. His bedside manner is incomparable. He is so sweet and kind. He spent a whole hour with me and I never felt rushed. He is just an amazing doctor and person. So far I love the results. I can’t even believe them honestly. There was minimal pain post op and recovery went smoothly. I did a high volume liposuction 360 and inner and outer thighs plus inner knee. He took out roughly 8000cc which equaled 20lbs. Since it was high volume some blood loss was expected so my hemoglobin did drop but was never critical and again, was expected. I rested a lot and drank lots of fluids with electrolytes and ate foods high in iron plus iron pills. He kept me in the hospital overnight since it was high volume and I was grateful for that. I felt safe and the hospital staff was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will be updating at the 6 month mark. Book with Dr. Z!
