30 day results
So it’s been 4 weeks and I can finally see the difference. I’m told it only gets better! I start working out next week so I’m excited! The initial pain was horrible but I remember the nurse telling me I would initially hate her but then I’d love her, she’s right! I’m pleased with everything except my back. I don’t see a change at all but I’m being patient. There’s hopefully an option for correction but I can’t do anything if I will feel the pain that I felt before.
12 Days Post Op
I’m finally starting to feel like myself again! The first few days were HORRIBLE. Now my energy level is coming back and the ringing in my ear isn’t as bad but still there. They say it takes a while to see the results but I think I can finally see them and my weight has gone down by 11 lbs. What do you all think? Results or No?
Day 6
So the pain is gone but the swelling and bruising is in full effect. Yikes! I have my first doctors appointment on the 27th so 1 more day. I’m down to pain medicine once a day and vitamins 3 times a day. I still have this odd ringing but other than that, I feel like I’m recovering nicely. Any advice or tips?
