WORTH IT
I just received a message asking for an update re: my legs so posting a quick update here.
It’s been approximately 3 years since my thigh lipo with Dr. Neinstein. I’m happy every day that I went to Dr. N for my legs (and arms!!- love those too)- I hated my legs most of my adult life and for the past 3 years I’ve been incredibly happy.
I would recommend anyone to his practice.

I’ve been meaning to write this review of my knee/thigh loop for a while (my arm review will be in another review)..
My procedure for lipo on my knees/thighs was done in October 2019 and 2 years later I’m still more than happy with my decision, my surgeon and my legs.
The shape of my legs is so much prettier. While I didn’t lose weight, the shape of my legs is infinitely nicer.
The recovery was pretty brutal. I could barely walk for a week and definitely didn’t look half-way normal walking down the street for 3 weeks- every step was an effort and more than painful. I had a number of lymphatic drainage massages that were incredibly painful, but nothing except elevation, rest and ice seemed to bring comfort.
BUT my legs look great and, frankly, I’d do it again. But only with Dr. Neinstein.

Wow, they look fantastic! What was the price for this?
I can’t remember exactly.. maybe $9k for lipo + $2k-$3k for the JPlasma?
My quote was 26k for lipo and j plasma . I though it would be around 15k -18k. I would have done it by now .
I know pricing is dependent on the number of areas you’re getting done.. also I was under local anesthesia (vs general)- the type of anesthesia can affect the cost as with general you have to pay for an anesthesiologist.
Dr. Neinstein also has has become more busy and moved into a new facility- this could all affect price.
That said- I’ve seen enough lumpy, bumpy, bad lipo that I wouldn’t go to someone else for price alone.

**also in an effort to avoid liposuction, I did coolsculpting on my arms and this thing called cryoskin on my legs (area just above my knees)- both are terrible options and I’d caution anyone doing those “treatments” to avoid at all costs because you’ll likely pay for lipo to repair the damage.
You can see in my before picture, the areas about my knees look depressed/not smooth- that’s from cryoskin.
Cool sculpting took chunks out of my arms. I spent approximately $8k on these things before getting lipo.
Moral of the story- if you want to shape your body/rid of fat (and exercise won’t change shape)- id not mess around with medspas and just go to someone who’s great at lipo.

I totally agree 100%! It can cost almost as much for cool sculpting as it does for Lipo! with Lipo you are guaranteed results in the hands of a good surgeon.
I’d be guessing.. I can’t remember exactly as the cost for my arms keeps popping in my head as I did those more recently (January 2020).. it wasn’t completely shocking though.

Hi, i went to dr Neinstein for a consultation and covid just prevented me to do this. I need exactly the legs work you did. I know how hard and scary to look for someone who will give you exactly the results you want. Legs must come out even and all.
Did you do only Vaser lipo? Or did you do plasma for tightening as well? Your results are perfect

Dr. Neinstein did Vaser + J Plasma on my legs. I would recommend him to anyone looking for body sculpting- he’s fantastic.
