I went in for a consultation today thinking that a consult was all I would be doing. I've been thinking about getting lipo for the longest time ever and after reading reviews and researching places all over Houston, Elite Body Sculpture was the best I found. No pain, no needles, no anesthesia, sounds amazing. I went in and Dr Bloom examined me and said I was a great canidate and that he could reshape my body into a curvy figure. I'm already curvy but I have a huge gut and love handles I have never been able to get rid of. After the consult I spoke with Channing about my options regarding payment. They were running a special for $1000 off the treatment and I ended up getting approved for about $6500 in financing. The deal was great. At least for me. Sure $10,000 is a lot of money BUT I knew this is what I was saving for and I knew this would make me happy and boost my confidence. She asked when I would like to get the surgery done & the only date that worked was that same day!!! Lol. So I ended up taking the plunge and got my surgery done that same day.
In regards to the surgery, I was extremely nervous but all the nurses were so nice and played the Beyonce station for me to calm my nerves lol. They advised me how great I would look and that they've done it before.
Once Dr Bloom came in he was ready to work! He made funny jokes here and there which also calmed me down. Once he started the part I was most nervous for was the numbing part everyone complains about. Honestly, that part didn't hurt at all. It just felt like little worms crawling in my belly lol. Once he started the suction, that didn't hurt either. Now granted there were some parts I did feel a sharp pain like towards my hip bones and my ribs. But the pain is that type of pain that hurts but makes you laugh, I'm not sure if I'm the only one who has that. lol!
I had my top and bottom stomach done, my side handles, my waist and my lower back. While he was working he asked the nurses to bring a mirror so I could see and all I saw were curves!!!!! Beauitful curves I haven't had in years. Once he was done I sat up and I saw a flat stomach. I was in shock. I wanted to kind of cry. They went ahead and put me in the compression garment and filled me up with pads to control the leakage which btw is super nasty lol. It looks like a leaking faucet out of my body.
Overall my consult and surgery experience was great. I'm hoping for great but also realistic results. The reason I took the plunge is because I know I'd be paying for the best of the best. I don't want to end up botched.
I don't have pictures yet but I'll post some before photos now. Will follow up after 2 days when I can remove my compression garment.
Thank you to everyone at Elite Body Sculpture

First day after my procedure and it's…
HMS2015February 24, 2017
First day after my procedure and it's exactly what they told me to expect. LOTS of leakage & a lot of soreness. The leakage did not go through my clothes because the pads they gave me were very absorbent. Regarding the soreness, it's bad. It feels like I worked out for 12 hours nonstop lol. Nothing unbearable but it's hard to get up from bed. I took care of myself today and worked from home & I was fine.
Only negative today is that I ended up vomiting after taking the antibiotic. However it was my own fault because I did not eat prior. I texted Dr Blome as soon as I threw up because I was worried something was wrong . He told me to eat before I take any of the pills and to try again tonight after 12 hours. He said if I threw up again, to stop taking them.
At this point, I've taken off all the pads. I noticed I was no longer leaking and the pads were super uncomfortable because I felt so big lol. I took them off and I already see a smaller waist and curvy shape. Tomorrow I get to shower and take the entire garment off. I am so excited!!!! Can't wait to take a sneak peek.

Day 2 post op and it's going great. I am…

Day 2 post op and it's going great. I am very swollen on my back and I kind of don't have sensation there yet. I was able to take off my garment today for the first time to shower and wash it. When I first took it off I sat down and did it as instructed by the nurses. When I went to take a shower I felt so nauseated and got really pale and felt like I was going to pass out so I ran back to my bed and laid down. I drank some water and just relaxed. The nurses said I would feel very dizzy after taking it off due to it compressing all my blood but I didn't feel it immediately so I thought I was fine. After laying down for a few minutes I was able to get back up and finish washing myself.
Here's the good part, I saw my body for the first time and all I have to say is OMG!!!!!!!! my back is sculpted, my stomach is much flatter & my curves are back!!!!!!!!! I haven't looked like this in years and I'm not even healed. I'm still swollen lol!
It was tough to get into my car to work and very uncomfortable to drive but I made it. I have a desk job so I sat most of the day and walked around to get some activity going. Still very sore and swollen but I'm excited for my recovery.
I had 3 people say I look like I lost weight today at work and I wanted to tell them so bad but I rather not let out my secret lol
