A massive thank you to Dr. Erman Ak and his whole team! I had my BBL on July 9th and honestly, everything went so smoothly from start to finish.
The doctor is amazing, super attentive, and reassuring. Organization-wise, communication with Rabia to set up the appointment was just incredible! Once I got there, the whole nursing staff and even the post-op massage lady were absolute sweethearts and took such good care of me.
The hotel was super well located too, right next to the subway and lots of fun stuff to do around.
As for the post-op follow-up, it’s top tier: they check in on me all the time, which feels so good! I had already been there as an accompanying guest before, but wow, seeing the doctor and his team get even better is just amazing. You can go for it with your eyes closed!
