I had to postpone my trip!!!!! Bummer, I know. But now I just feel like I have enough time to properly take vitamins and work out. I also plan to add two additional areas to Lipo, my arms and inner thighs. Just so I look even all around.

I've also added a B-complex, & apple cider vinegar to my vitamin regime

Sometimes I add molasses to the ACV to increase my iron intake.

I'm trying to get some percocerts so I don't have to buy his pain pump. But I'm sure I'm still gonna have to buy his antibiotics & such.

So i did a lot of research on this procedure. I am a 22 year old living in the bronx, and have stumbled on a great opportunity. After many conversations with friends i had gained the grit to look for a doctor. First things first dr mallol's reviews are amazing! I know that traveling to another country is hard, then to add medical to the equation just sounds insane (people have literally told me i was crazy, look at all the horror stories) but i was convinced i would find a knowledgeable doctor. Then one day i went to the neighborhood salon and my hair dresser told me all about mallol, and showed me a video of an interview he did on the negligence of some doctors in DR. That moment i knew that i had to pick him. I sent an email and got a quick reply, another thing i appreciate about this doctor is his communication. After making the deposit i confirmed my date and bought my flight ticket which was really low (Xmas jet blue sale). Then begun the hunt for which recovery house to stay at, my girlfriend who is leaving in a few weeks has decided that she is going to stay in a hotel! I am a humble women and was prepared to sacrifice American comfortability for excellent care. i was given three houses to choose from with the premium package; Armonia, Sealily, & Paradise. I have another contact who runs reviews on Recovery houses and sealily has the best overall rating, but paradise is a newer house so i choose paradise.

Two fajas: even though he gives one its good to have more when the RH does laundry & for clean hygiene
VITAMINS!!!!!! I cannot stress how important this part of plastic surgery is!!!!!!
I have seen a number of women in reviews talk about needing blood transfusions, this is from poor diet and exercise and would be a result of an unhealthy person undergoing almost any other type of surgery so its important to really work towards healthy habits.
I Bought Folic Acid, Iron, Vitamin C & ate tons of protein cuz i aint having it! Plus it helps so that you have a smooth and speedy recovery!

PILLOWS!!!! Paradise has a lot of pillows but I'm serious about staying off my ass! I want to retain as much volume as possible, so i bought a BBL pillow (way to expensive but really nice and comfy) bbl pillow.com & a bobby pillow which is for babies, I've also seen people wear them on their necks during flights, for additional comfort & to switch off between sitting on my bbl pillow.

My boyfriend lives in queens and will prolly be staying their when i come back from DR so i choose to continue my post up care with Stephanie at the la realspa she's in flushing which is 20 mins away from howard beach. She is amazing and is really knowledgeable and knows just how important post up care is!!! & treats her business and clients as such so I'm really excited to be under her care.
