Painful but the results are 110% worth it

Finally 6 week post op. It’s not the easiest journey. No one tells you all about the little struggles. However I do not regret this surgery at all. I’m beyond happy with my results and I know it will only get better. For me healing has been a bit slower. I’ve had 16 massages and I self massage daily but my back and lower abdomen are still a bit stiff. The abdomen has softened more and I’m still swollen but even so it looks amazing. My doctor, his staff and massage therapist have been amazing the entire time. They listen to my concerns , they check on me and are amazing and what they do. I’m excited for this next chapter to start exercising. I’m still wearing my faja 23 hours a day with my boards. I will continue massages for best results.

Finally feeling more like myself. The first few days were really hard. I think my roughest day was day 4. I wasn’t able to sleep the night I think due to my faja, foam and boards,
