WORTH IT
Dr. Armin Moshyedi performed my Airsculpt+ Lipo 360 procedure in the Washington, DC region and he did a wonderful job! I'm thrilled with the results! As of this writing, I'm 10 months post procedure. This was my first procedure of this kind, so I didn't know what to expect except what I read online. Most reviews are pretty spot on. A few things about which I hope to be helpful:
Immediately post procedure, when the meds wore off, my midsection felt as though I'd performed 50,000 sit-ups at one time; not a sharp pain but a deep soreness. For the next few months there was a lingering discomfort that felt like---as someone else online described it--an under-the-skin sunburn. It was hard to get comfortable when settling down to sleep until this residual discomfort abated.
The small incision points were very itchy as they healed. The scars are small, but a bit raised and dark. I'm treating them with scar serums and lightening creams. That said, they're small enough to be covered with makeup concealer.
If you're over 35, you're likely going to need longer than two weeks before you're ready to go back to work. I suggest a minimum of three weeks if you have the time, especially if your job is physical. I recommend an anti-inflammatory diet and avoiding alcohol to speed recovery. Walking 30 minutes to an hour a day will also help speed recovery. If you're thinking about thigh liposuction, too, go ahead and get it done while you're getting the Lipo 360. If you are tactile sensitive the post procedure garments will (literally) get on your nerves but you must wear them for the minimum required time and longer, if possible, to control inflammation and speed recovery.
Good luck to you!
