Lipo 360: First-Class with Dr. Neinstein & Team
WORTH IT$22,000
I am 11 days post-op for Lipo 360 with Dr.
Ryan Neinstein.
Neinstein and his team surpass all benchmarks in terms of bedside manner, patient care, industry-leading techniques,
and desired results. It is 2023, and there are countless options available for folks. As the cliché goes, you get what you pay for.
Could I have found somewhere cheaper? Sure. Would I have received the level of care I received at NPS? Absolutely not. I don’t regret a penny spent.
Cosmetic surgery is a luxury and a privilege. You are paying your hard-earned money, and you are electing to have major surgery done. This is where Neinstein sets himself apart and truly excels. He is a brilliant physician, but I also think he is very smart about running a business. Yes, he knows how to do the surgery with textbook precision, but he also recognizes the luxury and the investment.
Neinstein knows running a successful practice is more than getting patients in the door & doing the procedure. In any other industry, if you spend thousands of dollars with a business, you would expect to be treated pretty well. Somehow, this concept has been lost on most physicians. Although there are lots of brilliant doctors in the world, there are NOT many doctors who also take a second to consider the business/customer service side of things. Neinstein differentiates himself here, and it is what makes him superior to the competition. I wholeheartedly believe he understands how much money people are spending, and in turn, he ensures he provides patients with services justifying the investment.
Throughout my life, physicians have frequently passed my concerns off to others on their staff, not shown empathy, and seemed to see me only as a task on the to-do list. Neinstein disrupts the status quo, and that is what sets him apart.
For anyone on the fence, here are some key points about my personal experience that I want to share:
-At my consultation, Neinstein made me feel comfortable in my “pre-surgery” body. He listened to what I wanted, and he never once tried to upsell me or suggest I needed anything more done.
-In the 1-2 months leading up to the surgery, Neinstein’s team is already in communication with you. First, I want to praise Bella Paterson, the Surgical Coordinator & Office Manager. She is extremely professional, and she fielded tons of questions on my behalf with grace & class. Second, Nurse Olympia Andrade personally called me twice leading up to the surgery, and she talked to me for over an hour to ensure I was fully prepared for the surgery.
-Before the surgery, Neinstein’s team also provides you with valuable information, such as reputable folks they partner with for massages. Also, they have an “Amazon shopping list” with a link to all the items you’ll need in your recovery, so you’re able to easily know what you need & purchase the items.
-On the day before the surgery, Dr. Neinstein personally called me to check in, as all as the anesthesiologist/MD.
-On the day of surgery, the care team made me feel comfortable and safe. The last thing I remember before going under is Dr. Neinstein holding my hand, which made me feel safe.
-After the surgery, Dr. Neinstein personally called me several times to check-in. He also gives you his cell, and he texts you to check-in. Additionally, I want to praise Nurse Ashley Risdon, who also personally reached out & made herself available via text message to field any questions I had. Also, Nurse Tara Adashev fielded many questions, as well.
-On the day when my drain was ready to be removed, I was able to remove it myself remotely, and Dr. Neinstein personally walked me through each step at 5:30 AM on a Saturday.

Dr. Neinstein and his team are empathetic, kindhearted, and passionate about their work. I do not doubt in my mind about that fact.
I am only 11 days post-op, so I am still swollen. I, however, can tell that the work done is top-notch, and I can already see the differences. As the swelling continues to reduce, I can’t wait to see even more changes. Dr. Neinstein’s work & aesthetics are two reasons I chose him as my surgeon. If you’ve seen his work online, trust me: you aren’t being catfished. It’s that good.
Also, surgery doesn’t involve
stitches. There’s a few incisions: (1) one in the belly button, (2) two under each fold of breasts (i.e., one under each breast), (3) two close to the pelvic bone, (4) one at the top of the crack on the butt. Again, I am 11 days post-op, but at this point, they are starting to look like tiny scrapes/cuts (except for the one where the small drain tube was). My belly button doesn’t look any different than before surgery.
I will update my review further down the road on my progress, but while everything is still fresh in my mind, I wanted to write it all out. I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Neinstein, Bella, Nurse Olympia, Nurse Ashley, Nurse Tara, & all of the NPS team for providing first-class care. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone.
