After surgery, the nurses checked on me regularly to provide medication and encouraged me to start walking, which was key to recovery. They were so gentle and kind, and I had no issues communicating with them despite the potential language barrier—they communicated effectively and clearly.
I brought a surgery buddy with me, which was a huge help, especially when getting settled at the hotel. That said, Rabia, the amazing patient coordinator, still checked in multiple times a day to ensure everything was going smoothly and I was okay. Plus, Serpil’s regular massages were a lifesaver! I highly recommend starting them as soon as the doctor says it’s safe—they make you feel so much better.
