Cold and Abrupt Treatment

I'm almost two years out from lipo 360 with dr. hall. i have lost almost 50 lbs since then so its hard to say how good my results would be without that, but i definitely have less bulk than i would have without this. Overall i had a not great experience though and would go elsewhere if i decide to do more procedures.
I did not receive an actual consultation, just emailed back and forth some pictures. my mistake to trust that. i reserved to do arms and torso and immediately upon actually seeing me in person dr. hall said it would not be possible to do both at the same time... well he would have known that if he had laid eyes on me before which he should have done.
upon arrival i was brought directly from reception into the surgery room and given medication and prepped for surgery. i was extremely nervous as is to be expected and the nurse was very impatient with me and literally pushed me from one step to another to hurry the process along. dr. hall was very quick and abrupt with his procedure, and it was extremely painful. when he was done he left the room very suddenly and without a word. afterwards i was put in my dressing and ushered out a door directly from the surgery room into the parking lot.
after my procedure every single email or phone call i had with infini was very abrupt and cold, including my follow up with the nurse. the whole thing left me with a bad feeling.
