WORTH IT
I was a complex case with a long surgical history that involved a breast mastectomy and augmentation that desperately needed revision. Many surgeons declined revising my situation and reiterated that complications would ensue if I considered revision and a breast reduction. After patiently waiting and continuing my search for the perfect surgeon, I was aligned with Dr. Zetrenne through Real Self in 2025. I thoroughly reviewed her surgical work and was beyond impressed and at awe with her exceptional precision and aesthetic outcomes. I immediately scheduled a consultation and since day one Dr. Z continued to exceed my expectations! She truly is an answered prayer that I remained hopeful for. I first encounter was love at first site. Her refreshing energy and optimism made me trust her deliverance in service and care.
Procedure: I was scheduled for lipo 360, breast augmentation (with MENTOR MemoryGel high profile implant) and breast reduction for symmetry.
Experience: My experience was met with thoroughness, attentiveness and compassion from Dr. Z, the surgical center/team and Registered Nurse Sujey. Sujey was my surgical companion the entire process from the consultation to recovery. She answered all my questions promptly, provided diligent care with a smile and always reassured me that I was in the best hands. I felt safe, empathized and worry free. Dr. Z was always a phone call away despite her travels in New York.
Recovery:
Surgery Day - Nursing staff at the surgical center were very safe, thorough and efficient. My surgical time was right on schedule and my recovery was only 45 minutes before my departure home. I felt no pain or tenderness. Immediately after my arrival home, I was up moving around in the kitchen and talkative. My care team were amazed with how alert and ambulatory I was hours after my surgery. My healing was super fast within the first 3 weeks. By week 4 I was driving myself to my postoperative appointments with minimal discomfort.
I am beyond grateful for the aftercare and postoperative visits which are a challenge to have when having an international or out of state procedure. Highly recommend any operative procedure in state for this reason.
My preoperative waist circumference was 36" and postoperatively it is 32". I have the appearance of upper abs and my lower belly pouch is flat! My body appearance is like my 20 year old self 10+ years ago!! I am aesthetically satisfied with my appearance because my results are so natural! My skin surface is smooth, contoured and flat. My breasts are finally symmetrical and I don't even wear a bra because of how upright and perky they sit.
Cost: Dr. Z accepted my PPO insurance for the breast reduction and augmentation. I only paid out of pocket for the lipo 360. Which was at an affordable price!!
I highly recommend Dr. Z for any breast procedure and body contouring. My confidence and self esteem is replenished. I am thankful I no longer have to hide in the shadows of my surgical journey. Thank you Dr. Z for blessing me with my dream body!!
