Dr.Setty is Wonderful, Coordinator Not So Much

I hate to do this because Dr. Setty was wonderful, but the coordinator I unfortunately ended up with was horrible.
I would have had my surgery with Dr. Setty if Monica hadn’t ran me out.
It shouldn’t matter and I have moved on to another surgeon, but don’t let this happen to you because Dr. Setty will probably never know this is even happening in his practice. The coordinator ran the wrong card which could have potentially ended up in a lawsuit.
I added some of our email convo so I don’t just seem like an upset patient. See for yourself.
