WORTH IT
Having had bbl, Lipo 360, arm and chin Lipo, AND rib remodeling by Dr. Marshall, I have to say he is thee BEST! He has surpassed my expectations each of the 3x’s I have gone to him for the different procedures and I would do it all over again with him.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Marshall deserves all the props for his talent, skills and amazing/consistent results.

hiii your results are gorg! how much did you pay?

Thank you. I did the procedures in 3 separate surgeries, which means I paid for the anesthesia and facility 3x’s instead of doing it all at once and paying a lot less.
I didn’t mind, it was worth it and I would do it again the same way.

I filled out Dr. Marshall’s online consultation form with photos for a quote and they got back to me with recommendations and cost right away.
Depending on what you want and what he recommends, you can do it for less than what i paid if you are willing to do procedures in one surgery.
His prices are lower than the surgeons in the surrounding area and his work is soooo much better. I’ve consulted with many plastic surgeons over the years and I’ve been blown away by their higher quotes after looking at their work that is nowhere close to Dr. Marshall’s quality.
I don’t remember exactly what I paid for the 3 separate procedures, but honestly i don’t even care.

I’m waiting on receipts from Dr. Marshall’s office that Real Self needs to verify my account. I’ll update you, but I would recommend starting with the online consultation form…It’s free :)
Good luck

Hello, I am looking into the Rib remodel, what was the experience and post op care like for you? I'm curious about the recovery and how long it took before you could bend over and move with no pain?

Hi, I did the rib remodel by itself-no other procedures with it. I didn’t experience pain, it’s mostly discomfort from wearing the binder 24/7, which is crucial for the outcome

* I took the 2 weeks recommended off. I went to a family gathering the day after the procedure and again 3 days post-op. (Following all post-op instructions and mostly sitting.)
I took a shower without any assistance after the recommended time, (i think it was 3 days post op.) I can’t say bending was an issue, but I didn’t do much but rest during the 2 week recovery period…(the most I did was shower)

It was an uncomplicated recovery-Lots of rest. I slept on my back with pillows so I could get up easier. I preferred not to sleep on my stomach to avoid engaging muscles or strain in any way to get myself up. (That was a personal precaution, there was no restriction from sleeping on my stomach.)
I took pain meds the first day because I didn’t know what to expect, but I stopped because I didn’t need it. If any discomfort, it was mild soreness. Biggest part of recovery for me was wearing the waist support 24/7 for 3 months. (It was not uncomfortable wearing the second corset that is worn the last 2 months. The first one is bulkier, which shouldn’t matter bcus you should be recovering & taking it easy at that time.) For me, it was finding stuff to wear over it…

I had the time to rest and recover the recommended time. With any procedure, you can complicate the recovery and affect the outcome by doing things too soon. I recommend following all post-op instructions, especially keeping the binder/corset on for the full recommended time. (Unless showering)

Rib remodeling update

Vness1101
The before pic was a few months prior to rib remodeling (looking square) and the after pic was a couple months after the procedure with an improved shape (not attained by previous Lipo alone).
Procedure was done under general anesthesia with 2 weeks off work….corset worn for 3 months, 24/7, except showering. Light workouts at the gym started after 8 weeks.
No scarring, minimal discomfort and pain meds (ibuprofen), under 24 hours.
Dr. Marshall and his staff exceeded my expectations. I had the procedure within one month of contacting the office and after having a CT scan of my ribs and clearance of labs….
