A drastic and unnatural shape

DO NOT GET A BBL OR ANY PROCEDURE DONE BY DR. ANDRE MARSHALL AND HIS TEAM.
I initially chose Dr. Andre Marshall because of his warm, friendly demeanor during the consultation. He appeared attentive and caring at first, which gave me a sense of trust in his expertise. Unfortunately, that trust was completely shattered on the day of my surgery.

Cold and Dismissive Behavior: Moments before the operation, Dr. Marshall’s demeanor drastically changed. While he was marking my body, I tried to ask questions about the procedure, but he shouted at me to "be quiet and let him work because he knew what he was doing." I was completely taken aback by his unprofessionalism and left too stunned to speak. When I looked over at Nurse Silvia, she completely bowed her head, likely overcome with secondhand embarrassment for the situation. I was not given the opportunity to clarify my expectations, nor did he disclose his plans for performing HD liposuction—a procedure I explicitly said I did not want.

Lack of Communication and Education: Instead of directly discussing my expectations with me, he had his nurse draw out my expectations. She asked if I wanted a “shelf,” as my drawing apparently resembled one to her. I thought the term "shelf" referred to projection, but I later learned it meant creating a specific and drastic shape for my buttocks. They failed to explain this or educate me on what the term truly meant. I assumed this meant more volume, not a drastic and unnatural shape. Their lack of communication and education on this left me with results I am deeply unhappy with.

Unauthorized Procedures: Despite my explicit request to avoid abdominal etching and HD liposuction, both were performed without my consent. He never explained or disclosed his plans, leaving me blindsided by the changes to my body post-surgery.

Ruined Results: I deeply regret my decision to trust Dr. Marshall. My once smooth back is now ruined permanently caused by HD liposuction, which he performed against my wishes. My buttocks, which I never asked to be drastically reshaped, now have an unnatural "shelf" shape that I dislike. I feel completely disfigured compared to how I looked before. The surgery I got to uplift my myself only further diminished it.

Dr. Marshall’s dismissive and rude behavior, lack of patient education, and disregard for consent are unacceptable. I deeply regret choosing him for this procedure. If I had known this would be my experience, I would have might as well gone to Tijuana—at least there, I might have had realistic expectations of the risks involved. I strongly urge anyone considering Dr. Marshall to look elsewhere for a surgeon who values communication, consent, and professionalism.

If you are considering a “petite bbl” really think about it long and hard if I was to have known my results I would have a million times over preferred my natural body over this my body now is nothing like I had imagined it to be since Dr Andre Marshall literally just did what e wanted with me and never even took the time to ask my desired and wishes or expectations I can’t believe I went through with this, my butt looks like an over weight persons butt it’s not even cute and my waist shape is gone since all my fat goes to my back my hour lass shape I natural had is gone!!!! Here is a pic of my old body and my old back :( I will never have this back.
