I had an outstanding experience at Quintessa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Dr. Jake Thayer was phenomenal—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
The staff was just as impressive. Every person I interacted with was friendly, caring, and efficient, creating a smooth and stress?free visit from start to finish. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, which only added to the overall great experience.
His assistant Maggie was the best—always available, patient, and supportive every time I had questions throughout the journey. Her responsiveness made such a difference.
And my results? Even better than I could have imagined. I’m beyond thrilled with the outcome and so grateful for the exceptional level of care I received. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Thayer and Quintessa more highly!
