Fat transfer to lips and nasolabial folds, pinched nose correction, lip lift, neck lipo & necklace, hairline reshaping

Dr. Moelleken is the Master of his craft! I came to see him last year For reconstructive surgery on my lips. He was able to completely restore my own confidence in myself and make me feel as beautiful as I did before I got necrosis as a Complication after Juvederm lip injections that I got done at another place. A couple of years ago I decided I wanted to be like Kylie Jenner and get lip injections so I went to a place in Newport and sadly Ended up with tissue damage, muscle damage, and asymmetry on the right side of my face. I didn’t want to take pictures anymore, selfies, socialize with my friends, and just got really depressed. When I found Dr. Moelleken and that he invented a procedure that could help me Reconstruct my lips I got really excited. The procedure is called Lala lip lift, using live Fill (which is Strips of your own fat that have a 95% or so survival rate). I went to a lot of other consultations with other surgeons and was told that even if I did an upper lip lift, It would not improve the asymmetry and there was a possibility it could make my asymmetry worse. The other doctors also told me that if I was to do a regular fat transfer to my lips, that there is a high chance that the fat would have irregularities. with the regular fat transfer, the fat transfer survival rate could be anywhere from 40 to 80% so for that reason the fat transfer is never recommended for people that especially have small lips, to begin with( in such cases like mine, the less fat you have in an area, to begin with, the lower survival percentage is ). I’m sure whoever is reading this review has also read about the horror stories about that transfers to the face, the irregularities, And unpleasing results so I did not want to be another one of those stories. Dr. Moelleken also did a modified asymmetric upper lip lift with live fill (fat strips harvested from my upper pubic area ) and transferred it to my lips. He also performed a necklace procedure where he liposuctioned under the chin and tighten the skin so it doesn’t sag after removing the excess fat. He also did a reverse brow lift to soften the corners of my square hairline and make it more rounded. Also, he corrected the pinched look in my nose that was caused my previous surgery where too much Cartlidge was removed. He took a little Cartlidge from my ear and filled in the dents that made previously my nose look pinched(as a result it made my nostrils look more even too!) Dr. Moelleken also placed live fill into my nasolabial folds (smile lines), To correct the irregularities that were caused from a fat transfer done at another dr. How did everything turn out? Amazing! I had minimal swelling, minimal pain, and look like the best version of myself, maybe even better than before all the horrible things happen to me with my lips. The part that was swollen for the longest was probably my nose, but that’s expected. After about six months I can say that my nose swelling completely went down, My nose does not look pinched anymore and looks so perfect! After the reverse is brow lift to soften my hairline, The area around the Incision felt super strange, similar in a way your leg feels when it falls asleep. Dr. Moelleken Said that it was normal because the nerve endings are firing off and trying to repair themselves. He put a little bit of Botox to calm the nerve endings and that actually resolved everything. My lips were swollen for about a month and for the next six months I could feel the live fill strip inside the top and bottom lip. It felt kind of hard, almost like a lip implant would, but Dr. Moelleken told me to massage it a little bit, And that with time it would soften up. In my bottom lip, I can’t feel it at all anymore and it feels completely soft and fluffy like normal. My top lip is softening up a little bit slower, But that’s why I had a lot of scar tissue from the necrosis, so it’s understandable. As time goes on I could feel the live fill fat strip in the upper Lip dissipate more and more, in fact when I guess my boyfriend he can’t tell at all that anything was ever done to my lips. It’s been a year since my surgery and I could barely feel any hard material In the upper lip, but I can tell it’s getting softer and softer Every month. Dr. Moelleken said In a couple of months it should be completely soft. I am so happy with how plump my lips look and how much more symmetric they are. The lips look so beautiful in profile view, the lower lip has that Deb right above the chin where you can see the pillowy volume, so sexy! The upper lip also has a little dip right above it, I think it’s called the lip flip which gives my lips how much more youthful appearance in the profile view and much more volume from the front view. I told Dr. Moelleken That I didn’t want any drastic changes to my face so we kept the amount of skin removed for the upper lip lift at a minimum, I believe it was 5 mm. I have the same amount of tooth show as before, but with adding the additional volume to my lips that was expected. The lift drastically improved but the symmetry and I’m very happy with the results. The damage from necrosis was so great that I went into the surgery with very low expectations of how much improvement I could get(maybe 30%?, But any improvement was better than nothing), but I was overjoyed and super surprised to see that Dr. Moelleken Was able to get it back to about 70%. I saw several other doctors that told me that any surgery they could do could make the asymmetry worse but Dr. Moelleken Plastic Surgery the one that had the combined techniques to help me. Scars? Dr. Moelleken Is an artist and is very delicate with the scalpel. I have a very small scar on my ear where Dr. Moelleken Removed the Cartledge that he transferred to my nostrils. To fix my pinched nose he was able to do it without any scars at all by doing everything through the inside of my nose. For the live fill that transfer to my nasolabial folds and the upper lip lift I have a barely visible scar on the lower sides of my nostrils. The incision between my septum and upper lip has completely smooth out and doesn’t even have a line there. For the live fill that transfer to my lips there is no scar at all, As he did everything truth the inner corners of my mouth on the inside of the mouth. As for the necklace, there is a quarter inch long scar that’s about as wide As a hair Strand hand you can barely see it at all. As far as the scar from my upper pubic area where Dr. Moelleken harvested the fat strips for the live fill, he hit it pretty well and it’s barely visible. The scar that I would say is my least favorite and that I noticed the most is the one for the reverse brow lift, there is a scar on the right and left side of the top of my forehead where my hairline used to be Square. I absolutely love the result, but this scar is more visible than what I expected And I’m getting it lasered. For now, it’s really easy to hide as it’s so close to my hairline the baby hairs just cover it. Dr. Moelleken Brought the confidence back in myself and he gave me my life back to where I don’t want to hide anymore, not spend any time with my friends when I take any pictures or selfies. When I need a facelift, he’s the only one I will trust to do it. Dr. Moelleken is so sweet, kind, caring, patient, it’s simply is a master of his craft.
