I’m very pleased with how well it has healed. My smile finally looks normal. It took maybe about a month and a half to have anormal smile.
Silicone on lips reduction
18 years ago I had silicone injected on my lip and overtime my lip became deformed. I decided to go with doctor Lam based on all the experience he has with lip reduction and reconstruction after lip injections gone bad.
My flight came in at 8am and Kenny’s car service picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel.
My appointment was for 2pm but was asked to be there 15 min prior. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was given medication for swelling and bruising and also did a urine pregnancy test. Pictures from before the procedures were taken. The doctor came in and talked about the possible outcomes.what I should expect. I felt very comfortable.
After that I was brought to the procedure room. I was them numbed with a block. It like a needle when you go to a seating. I did not feel it at all. After that he injected my lips with more numbing and I didn’t feel it since I was already numb from the block. He waited a few minutes and came back and numbed some more. The procedure was very quick. He had already drawn my lips out so when it came down to cutting it was very quick. He took his time with stitching to shape the lip nicely. He then showed the results I was please but question one area inside my mouth. He explained it will not be noticeable and he would not touch that area anymore because it will not look right. Once done I was given instructions on how to care for the lip. My driver kenny took me to the pharmacy to pickup my prescription and then to the hotel.
I have not had any pain just a little pulling from the stitches. I’m pleased with ow they look today. I will post more picture once it has heeled. I will try to do a 6 week picture and a6 month picture.
I want to also recommend Kenny as your driver if you decide to fly into Texas for Doctor Lam.
