horrible experience and waste of money

I had lower lip reduction surgery back in September 2022. Leaving me a forever lifetime NIGHTMARE. On my first day of consultation, Dr Roy Ng seems nice for letting me ask questions, and of course I also listed out questions on my phone so I can remember them. Most of them are just risks I'm concerning about, nothing "dumb" or "unnecessary" but trust me, he will make you feel like you are and start questioning on your "concerns", which is rather rude than listening. But well, got scammed, and I paid for the surgery deposit and decided to have this surgery from him.
I don't live in London so I requested a second time consultation online, he knew I will undergo the operation so he started to disregard my questions and was acting very rude. Sorry but I'm not a doctor of course I have questions as this is a "surgery" not an "injection" and can be turned back.
The operation was very expensive and over priced (2800£+) for just a lower lip reduction, and yet not giving any sustainable difference and still fine, but leaving you a 280£ result? What do you think? Leaving me a big scar that won't fade away till today! The post operation experience was horrific, absolutely terrible! None of the samples we see online, or in reality had result like my lower lips. Thinking back it was a bad decision to get my lips done with him. Regardless of his degrees, experiences and surgical background, I can promise you it was rather like a high street clinic operation but in Mayfair, in a private hospital, with a full body anaestic, which had covered the shame of this surgical experience. At the end of the day, he didn't fulfill my request on the shape of my lower lips or scammed his patient after paying him in full!!! (This is an open platform, so I need to express my review freely)
