Arrogant Plastic Surgeon with out of Date Practices

I don't even know where to begin. I am a now 56 year old female with an aging face and went in for a consult with a plastic surgeon and asked recommendations for rejuvenation. He suggested a lip lift with a slight lower lip reduction. Mind you these are my natural God given lips. Not thinking much about it I agreed. It wasn't until the pre-op apt. he told me he would be reducing BOTH upper and lower and it would be slight to balance out the lift (because he couldn't have me looking like one of those Beverly Hills Housewives). He proceeded to lob off both my upper and lower lips leaving me deformed with now a loose lower lip, bottom teeth show, a down turned mount and virtually NO LIFT what so ever. He never measured my philtrum which was 11mm before the procedure and 10.5 after. Barely a lift but an unsightly scar, torn nasal sills and a deformed mouth. After waiting 6 months he said he would help me fix it if I took down my bad review...which I did. His idea for a "fix"—a skin graft using my own donor skin, which sounded like another reckless experiment. Desperate, I considered it but declined after researching the risks. Then, he tried to upsell me an expired Permalip implant from a defunct company for $1200, requiring a waiver to dodge liability. This was his solution to the disaster he created!
This man is not just incompetent—he’s snide, mean-spirited, and dangerously out of touch. Who suggests a double lip reduction for a 55-year-old woman with naturally full lips? His arrogance and outdated techniques destroyed my self-esteem. The trauma of seeing my lips carved into strips on his table haunts me; I feel maimed. His arrogant demeanor and masochistic approach made every visit a nightmare, leaving me with PTSD. Steer clear of this washed-up, opinionated hack who imposes his warped vision on patients. Do your research, ask every question, and never trust this man with your face. Save yourself the regret and find a real professional.
