Holes on sides
They are hard to photograph but definitely holes. You can see blood deep inside, if I lightly push my nostril to the side. I’m not being rough at all just wanted to show what I meant.

I thought it had been longer, but still feel my healing is incredibly slow. Still have deep holes on both sides of nose. Some painful to touch areas. I’m just trying to ignore how long it’s taking. I never posted a before photo so I will do that now.
