Dr Georgios Orfaniotis is an absolute Genius! Look no further. I am so happy I did my research and chose the best of the best. I had an unusual request which was to reduce a deep horizontal smile line which had deepened over the years and was even more noticeable when I smiled. I had become very self conscious about smiling and really depressed because it affected my self esteem on a daily basis.
Mr Orfaniotis is an extremely talented surgeon who listened to my concerns and explained very clearly what he could and couldn’t achieve. I felt confident in his care right from the start and trusted him fully. On the day of surgery I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable and I felt extremely reassured in his care. The procedure went smoothly and it was pain-free. The initial injections sting a little bit but after that I felt nothing. I listened to a calming mediation whilst the procedure was taking place and I felt very calm throughout and focused on my breathing. I was given comprehensive after care advice and my recovery time was quick. I did experience some pain after the anaesthetic wore off but it only last 24hrs. Swelling reduced significantly at day 4 and I was out and about walking the dog within less than a week looking relatively normal. The final result has exceeded my expectations and it looks really natural.
I am so pleased I made the decision to go ahead with this treatment. Dr Orfaniotis is a very skilled surgeon and his attention to patient care and detail is exceptional. The result has been life changing, and I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart for the care and understanding during this process.
