This is a before and after, the before has "makeup" so obviously my face looks better lol

This is day 9 and I'm still so so thrilled, I've posted a before picture, the only picture I'm actually wearing makeup so don't let that fool you, if I used makeup in any of these after pics I'd look way better than I do without it haha my lips though, the pictures don't do them justice, they look even better in person. I was probably even wearing lip liner in this before picture so keep in mind, my lips were very thin previously.

Your lips look nice and natural. Has this affected your nostrils at all? Considering Dr. L, but his price has doubled in a year :(
No, once the swelling came down, my nostrils weren't affected at all. It is half the price where I live in maryland but everything is double in NY vs here. I didn't know his prices increased, maybe because the cost of rent and inflation and all that shot up. Whoever you decide on, remember it is something that is permanent on your face so that's a big investment! I really liked the fact that he does like 5 of these very procedures a day, that was one of the main reasons I chose him, you want someone who has a focus point on the area your interested in. I'm a nurse so when I broke my leg, I wanted someone who pretty much just fixes that all day and can do it in their sleep, you know? Practice means a lot! :)
That's good to know! Your results are very encouraging. You're right, when it comes to the face, it's important to go to the best. Dr. Linkov seems like an outstanding doc with great bedside manner, which is so important to me. Guess I better bite the bullet now before prices go up even more :)

I chose Dr Linkov after a lot of research and my dad, who is also a doctor, helped me select the best, and I was not disappointed! He is so very talented and skilled. It was worth traveling out if state to get this done. I started off at 12mm and we removed about 4mm I believe. There was no bruising and only slight pain the first day only. Swelling seemed to subside after a week. He removed stitches day 6 and was concerned about redness and told me to keep applying more ointment and the next day I didn't even notice any scar honestly! The last pictures are day 8. Not sure if the lip stops dropping at 3 months if it will drop ir if it stops in a few weeks or a year if it will drop, wasn't clear on that really like when it stops if it does drop but I have a crazy chaotic household so I also have a bad memory and hate to be asking the same thing a thousand times so he probably told me and i jusy can't get it straight lol

As for the scar, I’ve popped pimples and risked scars in the middle of my face worse than this and not worried about laser resurfacing, this is under the nose, it's really the least of my worries! Trust me, if someone doesnt know you had this done, they wont notice even if it does scar a bit.
I just realized how wordy and confusing that got in my previous update, my triplets were attacking me and I couldn't write properly. I think I've figured out that after 3 months the lips will have settled and probably won't be moving from there, because that's when the after pictures are taken so that would make sense. Haha.
Hi! Did you really only pay 6k?? In New York City?? I was quoted like 8k by a surgeon is Salt Lake City. 6k seems so much more reasonable! Especially coming from a lip lift specialist in New York City!
